About LTL Group
Why LTL?
LTL's expertise covers both mechanical engineering and process controls - we are able to work closely alongside every customer to provide tailored solutions. Each project, whether for services and/or products, is developed to suit a particular application. This ensures cost-effectiveness with maximum efficiency.
The LTL difference
LTL has taken a 'scientific approach' to the primary process and examined all areas that make a contribution to increased quality and yield. We are able to consider projects as a whole, not just a single piece of equipment. Through this approach we are providing significant customer benefits.
Flexible and effective
Because we specialise, we can provide a high level capability yet remain flexible and fast to respond. This is echoed in our advanced design techniques, such as 3D modelling software, and use of high-performance materials and specifications - ensuring fast build times and an efficient installation and commissioning process.
Innovation and design excellence
You'll find that many of our products look different to other options within the industry. This is due to our scientific approach and lateral thinking - take a look at our product range or talk to us about how this approach can work for you.
Management and support
LTL operates a highly structured system for each project to ensure complete control and overseeing of every stage, from design and development through to build, installation and commissioning. This is backed-up by comprehensive ongoing training and full customer support, worldwide. We also provide full maintenance contracts where required.
LTL people
When you deal with LTL you are dealing with some of the most experienced people in the industry, with great track-records and proven skills:

As one of the three founders, Paul's drive and ambition has seen the company turned into the LTL of today - producing innovative equipment with a high level of engineering and design integrity.
Monty White - Consultant
Monty White is an advisor to LTL Group. for its primary process equipment design and development. He is also an independent consultant for wider industry projects. Julie Lawton-Bryant - Financial Director
With over 20 years accounts experience, a background within the tobacco sector and AAT qualifications, Julie has ensured that LTL Group. has developed a sound financial base and company structure.
This approach has enabled the company to not only invest in new people and equipment, but also to adopt a policy of in-depth and continued development of new equipment and innovative concepts.
Andy Proverbs - Senior Design Consultant
With over 24 years design and installation experience Andy is at the forefront of LTL's innovative approach to equipment design and concepts.
With a sound 'hands-on' knowledge following shop floor roles in his early career, Andy prides himself on being able to employ lateral thinking, but without losing sight of practical considerations, such as installation and ease of maintenance.
His input has helped develop many of LTL's more recent products including the new Bale Slicer.
